The company’s growth plan is made using the Growth Plan application developed by Pro Growth Consulting. You will be able to build your company’s plan together with an experienced consultant and the team of your choice. The consultant will guide you in making the best possible choices and in defining concrete measures to reach the desired growth.
Growth Plan Content
- Defining the business growth strategy for the next 6-12 months.
- Making critical choices and trade-offs across six different perspectives.
- Identifying immediate actions required to build and sustain growth.
- Organizing monthly tracking meetings to ensure the successful execution of the plan.
- Key personnel and stakeholders participate as active contributors in the Growth Plan service.
The implementation of the Growth Plan can be supported through three different service models. The pricing depends on the selected delivery method:

Service Description & Pricing:
- Monthly tracking and development meetings (1 per month) with the core team (e.g., Management Team)
- Jointly agreed development actions
- Continuous support between meetings and status updates prior to each session

Core Team + 1 key person
Service Description & Pricing:
- 2 x monthly tracking and development meetings
- 1 per month with the core team (e.g. Management Team)
- 1 per month with the key person
- Jointly agreed development actions
- Continuous support between meetings and status updates prior to each session
- Systematic growth management using growthplan.app and other applicable tools
- Access to the growthplan.app platform
Total €1,400 / month + setup fee €1,000
Additional work (by separate agreement): €1,300 / day
Growth Maximizer
Core Team + several key persons + growth initiatives
Service Description & Pricing:
- 3 x monthly tracking and development meetings
- 1 per month with the core team (e.g. Management Team)
- 1 per month with the key person
- 1 per month with the other key person
- Agreed growth actions: accelerating growth and removing bottlenecks
- Jointly agreed development actions
- Continuous support between meetings and status updates prior to each session
- Systematic growth management using growthplan.app and other applicable tools
- Access to the growthplan.app platform
Monthly fee: By separate agreement + setup fee €1,000
Additional work (by separate agreement): €1,300 / day
