Recruit Like a Pro is a free service for entrepreneurs who employ a maximum of 5 people, are planning to grow their company by hiring, buying, or renting additional labor, or want more information about employment. The service is nationwide and offered by the Uusimaa TE Office and the ELY Center.

The service provides information and counselling on recruitment and other ways of obtaining workforce, as well as on acting as an employer. The goal is that hiring employee or signing outsourced labor should start as well as possible and support the growth of the company.

Recruit Like a Pro service includes a mapping of the company’s situation and based on that, personal business counseling for the company’s owners for at least 3 hours for six months. You get access to an extensive bank of instructions and a company-specific written plan to support your progress.
