Frequently asked questions:
Our recruitment professionals carefully review all applications and initial interviews, based on which we typically present your company with 3–5 candidates who are best suited for the position. Your company then selects the candidates you wish to invite for an interview. Over the years, we have learned that this is the most effective way to proceed; it saves you time and effort while ensuring the best possible outcome.
If the initial candidates we present do not meet your needs, we will strive to find and present additional suitable candidates. If, based on the interviews, a suitable candidate is not found, your company will not be under any obligation, and your company may withdraw at this stage if it so chooses. Initial registration does not, therefore, commit your company to the program.
Unemployed job seekers and those on temporary layoff are eligible to apply for the Recruitment training, as it is implemented in collaboration with employment authorities. Depending on the region, we receive between 50 and 200 applications, and among them are always top-notch professionals who are highly motivated to take on new challenges.
You can apply if the employee is able to work in the Helsinki metropolitan area. This is possible if your company has an office in the Helsinki metropolitan area or if the employee can work remotely.
Pay begins once you sign an employment contract with the candidate. This usually happens after the program ends. Until then, the candidate receives unemployment benefits.
We do our best to ensure that such surprises don’t happen, but if they do, you are under no obligation to hire the candidate. In that case, they will continue their job search on their own.
Only after you have selected one of the applicants you interviewed to move forward, and they are about to begin their training.
